Patrick Robert Danielewicz Sr., 53 of Grant Park, Illinois passed away on August 19, 2026.  He was born on August 28, 1972 to the late Patrica and Harold Danielewicz.

Patrick is survived by his wife, Sarah Danielewicz and their two children Colten and his wife Anna Danielewicz, of Austin, Texas and Dakota Danielewicz, 24 of Grant Park, Illinois; son Patrick Danielewicz Jr. 36 and his daughter Nove, 12 of Florida; brother and Joseph H. Danielewicz of Steger, Illinois.

Patrick dedicated 34 years of his life to the Form Motor Company at the Chicago Assembly Plant before retiring.  His many years there are an important part of his life and a testament to his hard work and dedication.

Patrick was passionate about weightlifting and had a deep interest in World Affairs and history.  He enjoyed learning about the past, keeping up with what is happening around the world, and sharing his thoughts and knowledge with those close to him.

Life does not always follow the path we expect, and Patrick’s journey was uniquely his own.  He leaves behind a family who loved him, a lifetime of shared memories, and people whose lives will forever carry a piece of his story.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Patricia and Harold Danielewicz.

Those who knew and loved Patrick will remember him in their own special way.   May he now find peace and rest.

Diana D. Hook (nee Hedges) age 86, of Crete, Illinois passed away on August 26, 2026.  Cherished daughter to the late Elmer and Dorothy (nee Brady) Hedges.  Loving mother to Christie Nevel and Michelle (Jim) Moniak.  Beautiful grandmother to Eric Elza and Jeffrey Elza; great grandmother of 4.  Dear sister to Gerry (late William) Reichert and Georgette (Don) Seehausen. Preceded in death by her husband Charles Hook.  Diana worked for Dr. Collin’s at Suburban Heights Medical and was a homemaker.  Diana for many years was a Dolly Parton impersonator for Hollywood Look A Likes.  Diana will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Daniel L. Snoder Age 68 of Crete, Illinois passed away on August 21, 2026.  Beloved husband of Tammy Snoder.  Loving father of Nicole Snoder, Crystal Groen (Josh Forster) and Laura (Caleb) Kort.  Cherished grandfather of Trevor, River, Gavin, Avery, Savanna, Paisley and Kade.

Karon Heft Age: 83, longtime resident of Chicago Heights, passed away on August 23, 2026. Loving sister of Otto (Sharon) Heft II, the late Richard Heft and the late Joan Heft.  Dear aunt of Kara Heft.  She leaves behind many wonderful friends.

Elizabeth M. Green (nee Harris) age 91 longtime resident of Park Forest, Illinois passed away on July 25, 2026.  Born on August 28, 1934 in Harvey, Illinois.   Loving mother to Susan Stephenson, Margaret Green, Jim Green and the late John Green.  Beautiful grandmother of 9 and great grandmother of 6.  Cherished sister to Dorothy Vanetten.  Preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Anne (nee Yadron) Harris.  Liz was an compassionate, selfless, warm, rebel, reliable, caring, supportive and our rock, hero/shero.  Beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt.  Cherished friend, devoted Catholic, worked for IBM field engineer, feminist, St Mary Church and Purdue University.  Loved the TV shows Gunsmoke, Matlock and old movies. She also was a great seamstress in Harvey, Markham and Park Forest.  She loved watching Jiminy Cricket and Shirley Temple.  Music of Patsy Cline, Hank Williams, Mario Lanza and Neil Diamond. Crash Bandicoot Pinball game, Slovak, handy, Christmas scavenger hunt and throat clearer.   She was the best baker of cheesecake, fudge cake, date-nut bread, nut roll, kolaches and spicy cocoa.

Memorial mass on August 28^th at 11AM at St Liborius Catholic Church, 71 W 35th St Steger, Illinois.
